• Develop native apps in Swift for iOS and Kotlin for Android or dedicated modules as required for crisis and incident field workflows.
• Implement secure live streaming using the mobile camera and controlled media handling including upload retention rules and access controls.
• Support device security requirements such as encryption session timeouts certificate based authentication and compliance with managed device policies.
• Ensure comprehensive compatibility testing on target devices and OS versions with a focus on reliability in low connectivity or offline conditions.
