Job Summary
Seeking an EPBCS Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience to provide expert-level support and maintenance for Oracle EPBCS applications. Responsibilities include 16x5 application support, managing and troubleshooting availability and performance, collaborating with global teams, handling incidents, maintaining business rules and data load rules, monitoring and resolving issues related to mappings, reports, calculation rules, and data forms, and participating in on-call weekend support for critical incidents.
Must Have
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for EPBCS applications
- Monitor ControlM job executions and resolve failures promptly
- Address user-end issues related to Smart View connectivity and functionality
- Maintain application performance and ensure high availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and fixes
- Document incident resolutions and maintain knowledge base articles
- Support deployment and testing of new EPBCS features and patches
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding incident status and resolutions
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks impacting EPBCS services

Provide steady 16 x 5 application support for Oracle EPBCS environments Support EPBCS modules including Enterprise Planning Data Management and Smart View Manage and troubleshoot application availability and performance issues Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth operation for a large user base Handle incidents related to EPBCS applications including connectivity and job failures Maintain and update business rules within Calc Manager and data load rules in Data Management Monitor and resolve issues related to mappings reports calculation rules and data forms Participate in oncall weekend support for critical and highpriority incidents Ensure compliance with best practices and organizational standards for EPBCS implementations
