Supercell Games seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead global expansion, foster overseas collaborations, and build strong partnerships. This role involves close work with game development and operations teams, developing market research and competitor analyses to inform management decisions. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing partnerships, and driving global performance growth. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, exceptional communication skills (English and Mandarin Chinese), proven negotiation skills, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
  • 1.Fully leverage resources to support Supercell’s global business expansion, facilitate overseas collaboration processes, and establish and maintain strong partnerships. 2.Collaborate with world-class game development and operations teams, engage deeply with partners based on product strategy and growth initiatives, adjust strategies, and drive implementation. 3.Develop market research, main competitor analysis report to better support management decision-making. 4.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnership models, nurture and deepen existing partner relationships, and contribute to the global performance growth of Supercell’s games.
Requirements
  • 1.Bachelor degree or above. 2.5 years business development/gaming working experience or related field. 3.Passionate, committed, self-starter with high level of initiative, energy, ownership, and urgency, with a sincerely willingness to learn from global team members at all levels. 4.Team player with outstanding written and oral communication skills. Comfortable with handling ambiguity and collaborating across different functional teams and departments. 5.Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese. 6.A track record of success, coupled with outstanding negotiation skills and market acumen.
