Job Description
The role involves lead generation through impactful campaigns for acquiring new subscribers and marketing the entire product portfolio, with a focus on politically relevant momentum. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing data-driven marketing strategies and implementing creative multichannel campaigns from ideation to reporting. This includes utilizing channels like Email, LinkedIn, House Ads, and Google, developing compelling content, and managing external service providers. Event marketing with political depth is also crucial, aiming to make the brand tangible at political events with clear objectives and high visibility. The role also requires analyzing campaign performance, deriving strategic recommendations, and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders through clear arguments and thorough reporting.
Must have:
- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in B2B, politics, or media.
- Solution-oriented thinking and independent work style, able to maintain composure under pressure.
- Proactive project management and strong communication skills at all levels.
- Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field.
- Strong interest in political developments and familiarity with German politics and media.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and reporting formats.
- Excellent analytical and creative skills.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills with a good sense for text and target audience.

- Insights & Stakeholder-Kommunikation: Du analysierst die Performance deiner Kampagnen, leitest strategische Handlungsempfehlungen ab und überzeugst auch intern durch klare Argumente und fundiertes Reporting
Was du mitbringst:
- du hast mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung – idealerweise im B2B-Umfeld, im politischen Kosmos oder in der Medienbranche
- du denkst lösungsorientiert, arbeitest selbstständig und lässt dich auch in hohem Tempo nicht aus der Ruhe bringen
- du steuerst souverän, bringst Projekte proaktiv voran und bist kommunikativ auf allen Ebenen
- du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft, Politikwissenschaft oder einem verwandten Feld
- du bist ein echtes „Political Animal“ – leidenschaftlich interessiert an politischen Entwicklungen und bestens vertraut mit der deutschen Politik- und Medienlandschaft
- du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Marketing-Tools, CRM-Systeme und Reporting-Formate sowie ausgeprägte analytische und kreative Fähigkeiten
- du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit einem ausgesprochenen Sinn für Texte und richtige Ansprache einer anspruchsvollen Zielgruppe
