Must Have:- Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in B2B, politics, or media.
- Solution-oriented thinking and independent work style, able to maintain composure under pressure.
- Proactive project management and strong communication skills at all levels.
- Completed degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Political Science, or related field.
- Strong interest in political developments and familiarity with German politics and media.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and reporting formats.
- Excellent analytical and creative skills.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills with a good sense for text and target audience.
