Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at BeReal, you'll support the TA Apps team, focusing exclusively on BeReal's recruiting efforts. Responsibilities include managing candidate applications, coordinating initial contact, conducting pre-qualifications, monitoring the candidate pipeline, ensuring proper follow-up, and partnering with TA members on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategies. You will play a crucial role in providing top-notch candidate experiences and maintaining a positive employer brand. The role demands strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with familiarity with fast-paced environments and a business-oriented mindset. Fluency in English is required. This is a 3-6 month internship, ideal for someone with some prior recruiting experience.

You will work within the TA Apps team and exclusively on BeReal.

Role

    • Drive recruiting coordination efforts for the BeReal TA team
    • Manage candidate applications, responses and organise initial exchanges with TA members or Hiring Managers
    • Conduct pre-qualifications for specific positions
    • Monitor candidate pipeline and ensure proper follow-up in ATS
    • Partner with TA members on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/team
    • Ensures top-notch candidates experience consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle

Profile

    • Available asap for a 3 to 6 months internship
    • A first experience in recruitment would be a +
    • Familiar with the fast-paced environment with big ambition
    • Great analytical and organizational skills
    • Curious and business-oriented
