This role is for an experienced recruiter who wants to move beyond traditional recruitment into a more strategic and project-oriented role. The Talent Acquisition Strategist will be responsible for comprehensive recruitment of graduates and students for audit teams, supporting hiring for the competence center (approx. 40 hires annually). Key tasks include collaborating with hiring managers as an advisor, creating and facilitating Assessment Centers, organizing and participating in events, managing internship programs, and working with the Employer Branding team to design campaigns. The role also involves monitoring recruitment trends and utilizing modern AI tools to streamline processes.
Must have:
  • Experience in recruitment (ideally 3+ years)

What will be your role?

  • Comprehensive recruitment of graduates and students for our audit teams and support for hiring for our competence center (approx. 40 hires annually).
  • Collaboration with hiring managers – you will be their advisor in the area of recruitment and hiring strategy.
  • Creation and facilitation of Assessment Centers and utilization of modern recruitment techniques.
  • Organization and participation in events – workshops, job fairs, excursions, where you can act as a speaker.
  • Management and development of the internship program – from proposal to implementation.
  • Collaboration with the EB team – designing campaigns that will attract TOP talents.
  • Monitoring trends in recruitment and employer branding and their implementation into practice.
  • Utilization of modern AI tools and applications that will make your work easier, streamline processes, and allow you to focus on what has a real impact.

What do we expect from you?

Type of employment: Full-time

Start date: As soon as possible or by agreement

Salary (gross): from 1800 EUR/month – the final amount of the offered salary will be agreed upon together based on your experience and skills
