In this role you will…          

• Monitor and control all accounting activities to ensure records are complete and accurate, and in line with Turkish Tax Legislation and Haleon requirements
• Reconcile Turkish Statutory books and IFRS books monthly
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of VAT1 / VAT2/ Withholding Tax/ Stamp Tax/ Corporate Income Tax decleration
• Prepare Balance Sheet Review and Internal Controls of tax accounts as per deadlines and aligned with Haleon guidelines
• Prepare annual Transfer Pricing Reports in line with corporate deadlines
• Act as the first point of contact to internal stakeholders in terms of tax consultancy
• Coordinate relation with internal/external auditors and support tax audit process
• Closely follow-up latest Tax Legislation updates and inform related stakeholders with possible impacts to business

Qualifications & Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Good knowledge of Turkish Tax Legislation.
• Preferably experience in tax audit processes
• Min. 3 years of experience in related fields 
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax and transfer pricing
• Excellent MS Office and English skills
• SAP knowledge is a plus

• Able to manage priorities and generate accurate results within tight deadlines
• A team player working effectively with other functions as well as a self-starter
• Strong expertise in local and global accounting principles
• Excellent follow-up skills
