Job Description

Paytm, India's leading mobile payments and financial services company, is seeking a Team Lead - Sales in Dehradun. This role involves onboarding and servicing petrol and gas station merchants, managing a team of 5+ sales representatives, and driving merchant acquisition through QR and POS products. The successful candidate will maintain strong business relationships, achieve sales targets, and analyze data for growth, contributing to Paytm's mission of financial inclusion.
Must have:
  • Onboard and service petrol and gas station merchants
  • Manage and motivate a team of 5 or more sales representatives
  • Drive merchant acquisition through QR and POS products
  • Maintain strong business relationships with PSU and Oil Marketing Companies
  • Achieve sales and incentive targets through team performance
  • Analyze sales data to optimize performance and drive growth
  • Own a smartphone, bike, and helmet
  • Prior experience in a Channel Sales role with a team of at least 5 members
  • Familiar with concepts like distribution, channel expansion, and performance metrics
  • Proven track record in helping sales teams achieve high incentive earnings

  • Graduate or higher (Post Graduation preferred)

Key Responsibilities.

  • Onboard and service petrol and gas station merchants
