This role seeks a performance-driven Micro Market Leader – Sales in Goa, requiring leadership experience in managing sales teams, driving revenue, and growing micro markets. The position demands strategic leadership, on-ground execution, and a deep understanding of local market dynamics and customer behavior.
Must Have:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a field sales team (FOS/Sales Executives) in assigned micro markets within Goa
  • Set daily/weekly targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure goal achievement
  • Drive team productivity through training, motivation, and field support
  • Achieve customer acquisition, merchant onboarding, and revenue growth targets
  • Build relationships with local businesses, merchants, agents, and channel partners
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing sales teams, preferably in fintech (payments, lending, wallets, digital banking) or telecom (prepaid/postpaid, DTH, broadband, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Goa’s micro markets, business clusters, and consumer behavior
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and execution skills
