A Technical Artist is the key to bridging the gaps between artists and engineers. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Artist Lead to join our Metaverse Technical Art team. In this role, you'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team of artists and engineers to enhance the delight, representation, and appeal of our Avatars across the Metaverse. Technical Artist - Rendering Responsibilities
  • Drive technical art efforts in close partnership with artists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high quality visual content within performance budgets.
  • Collaborate with artists and engineers to develop and implement high-quality real-time shaders and rendering techniques.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members, educating partners on topics around shading and rendering.
  • Help coordinate strategy, priorities, and execution across multiple simultaneous projects
  • Identify opportunities for the team to enhance workflows and improve products via the creation of tools and systems within our proprietary pipeline and engine
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in real-time rendering.
Minimum Qualifications
