Job Description
The Technical Customer Engineer focuses on providing technical support and expertise to the sales team and customers throughout the sales process. This involves answering questions about specific products or product lines, delivering in-depth product demonstrations, assisting customers in maximizing the benefits of their purchased products, and diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex systems. This role requires a strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. The engineer will collaborate with sales and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product adoption.
