Must Have:
  • Create training programs and learning paths for new hires.
  • Build ongoing learning programs for product updates and industry shifts.
  • Organize hackathons, knowledge-sharing sessions, and workshops.
  • Develop certifications to validate skills and expertise.
  • Help team leaders apply consistent best practices and improve products/processes.
  • 5+ years in enablement, technical training, L&D, or related roles.
  • Prior experience with technical teams or building technical content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education/Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Understanding of SaaS/cloud technologies, enterprise client use cases, APIs, integrations, and SaaS architecture.
  • Proven ability in curriculum development, instructional design, and building scalable learning paths.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Experience coaching technical experts and standardizing best practices globally.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales, or Marketing teams.

We’re Hiring: Technical Enablement Manager

Do you love building programs that help technical teams thrive? We’re looking for a Technical Enablement Manager to design and scale training that empowers our global teams to deliver real impact for customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Create training programs and learning paths that help new hires ramp up quickly and effectively.
  • Build ongoing learning programs that ensure our people stay sharp on product updates and industry shifts.
  • Organize hackathons, knowledge-sharing sessions, and workshops that spread innovation across regions.
  • Develop certifications that validate skills and expertise, ensuring our teams stay confident and credible.
  • Help team leaders and technical experts apply consistent best practices worldwide, while bringing feedback back to improve our products and processes.

What we expect from you?

  • 5+ years in enablement, technical training, learning & development, or related roles (SaaS, Martech, or enterprise software preferred).
  • Prior experience working with technical teams (e.g., Solution Architects, Pre-Sales, or Product Specialists) or building technical content.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education/Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Understanding of SaaS / cloud technologies and enterprise client use cases; comfortable with APIs, integrations, and SaaS architecture.
  • Proven ability in curriculum development, instructional design, and building scalable learning paths. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into digestible, practical training content.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with excellent written communication for playbooks, guides, and certifications. Experience coaching technical experts and standardizing best practices across multiple regions.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales, or Marketing teams in a global environment.
