Control the architecture and design of complex software systems, ensuring software development projects alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project teams and across projects, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and security.
Control projects for the building, scaling, and security of APIs and workflow applications, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance video surveillance, mass notification, radio communication, and access control systems.
Mentor and guide project team members in technical and professional development, helping to build a high-performing engineering team.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions with existing hardware and software systems.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project feedback, adapting solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Telecommuting permitted from anywhere within the United States.
Target Base Salary Range: $133,182 - $147,000 USD

Basic Requirements
- Masters Degree + 3 years experience or
- Bachelors Degree + 5 years experience.
