About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager Master to join our dynamic team at TensorWave. As a Technical Program Manager, you will facilitate and coordinate our agile processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions. You will work closely with the product development team to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team – helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.
Objectives:
Facilitate and coordinate development processes within the company.
Guide and coach the team on agile principles and practices.
Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
Work with Product and Engineering stakeholders to prioritize the product backlog.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
Proactively Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog
Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Must reside, or be open to relocating to Las Vegas, NV.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Former technical experience as a developer, systems analyst, or engineer.
Strong knowledge of agile principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
Must be super organized and detail-oriented.
Must have experience with Jira.
