Job Summary

Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. The functions provide operational execution support (e.g., Incident Management, Fleet Deployment, Spares and Maintenance Planning) along with program oversight (e.g., Operational Assessments, Data Quality, Business Process support) and transformation program partnership with the field operations. The team also supports new product introductions into the fleet.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in critical operations, global change management, supply chain, risk management, or technical program management.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating work with multiple vendors and external partners in a 24x7 or event based time constrained environment.
  • Experience in electrical/power and mechanical/cooling engineering and equipment.
  • Experience with global change governance and maintenance in data centers, manufacturing or 24x7 operations.
Good to have:
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with driving cross-organizational changes and workflow improvements.
  • Experience in managing time-sensitive and excellent communication with executive leadership in large companies or a global customer-facing impact management.

  • Excellent skills in problem-solving and advanced data analytics.
