WHOOP is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring during a high-growth period. This role involves working closely with the Talent team and hiring managers across various technical domains. The recruiter will own the full lifecycle recruitment process, implementing strategic sourcing ideas and ensuring outstanding candidate experiences to scale the company quickly and effectively. The position requires a process-oriented mindset to streamline recruiting workflows while balancing urgency and quality for long-term success.
Must have:

  • Manage end-to-end candidate experience for technical roles.

  • Possess 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven track record of exceptional hiring experiences and outcomes.
  • Experience sourcing for niche, technical, or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex roles and team dynamics.
  • Commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools.
Good to have:
  • In-house technical recruiting experience
  • Lever ATS experience
  • Prior experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to support our hiring efforts during a high-growth period. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Talent team and hiring managers across various technical domains. You’ll own the full lifecycle recruitment process, bringing strategic sourcing ideas and outstanding candidate experiences to help us scale quickly and effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with hiring managers across technical teams to understand hiring needs and deliver top talent
  • Execute outbound sourcing strategies and collaborate with the Talent team on innovative, proactive candidate generation
  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience—from initial outreach to final offer—for technical roles
  • Provide thoughtful coordination and ensure candidates are informed and engaged throughout the process
  • Bring a process-oriented mindset to help streamline recruiting workflows in a fast-moving environment
  • Balance urgency with quality, always prioritizing the long-term success of WHOOP

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience (in-house experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (Lever experience a plus)
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional hiring experiences and outcomes
  • Experience sourcing for niche, technical, or hard-to-fill roles with creative approaches
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a candidate-first mindset
  • Ability to quickly understand complex roles and team dynamics
  • Prior experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments preferred
  • Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions

This role is based in the WHOOP office located in Boston, MA. The successful candidate must be prepared to relocate if necessary to work out of the Boston, MA office.
