We are looking for a talented Technical Support Analyst to join our IT Product Support team in Mexico City. This hybrid position requires working at least 3 days a week in the office. The role involves investigating, classifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues in applications reported by clients, assisting in problem and incident resolution, developing and maintaining deep product knowledge, and providing application support until tickets are resolved. The analyst will also formulate proposals for problem resolution and improvements, ensure adherence to relevant implementation, support, and change management processes, and support project teams for successful technology implementations.
