Job Description

We are looking for a talented Technical Support Analyst to join our IT Product Support team in Mexico City. This hybrid position requires working at least 3 days a week in the office. The role involves investigating, classifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues in applications reported by clients, assisting in problem and incident resolution, developing and maintaining deep product knowledge, and providing application support until tickets are resolved. The analyst will also formulate proposals for problem resolution and improvements, ensure adherence to relevant implementation, support, and change management processes, and support project teams for successful technology implementations.
Must have:
  • Investigate, classify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in applications.
  • Assist in problem resolution and incident resolution.
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of product offerings.
  • Provide application support until tickets are resolved.
  • Formulate proposals for problem resolution and/or improvements.
  • Ensure relevant implementation, support, and change management processes are followed.
  • Support project teams for successful technology implementations.
  • Manage internal clients and global exposure.
  • Provide support to various regions, including USA, Europe, and Latam.
  • Technical or bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or related areas.
  • Knowledge in Unqork and Java.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.

Job Details

  • Provide support to various regions, including the USA, Europe, and Latam.

What do you need to have?

  • Technical degree or bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or related areas.
  • Knowledge in Unqork and Java (preferred).
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
