We are looking for a talented Technical Support Analyst to join our IT Product Support team in Mexico City. This position is hybrid and requires working at least 3 days a week in the office.

We count on you to:

• Investigate, classify, diagnose, and resolve technical application issues reported by clients.
• Assist in troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our product offerings.
• Provide application support until tickets are resolved.
• Formulate proposals for problem resolution and/or improvements.
• Ensure that all relevant implementation, support, and change management processes are followed (e.g., Software Development Life Cycle and Change Management).
• Support project teams to ensure technology-related projects are successfully implemented, on time, and with minimal impact on the production environment.
• Internal client management and global exposure.
• Provide support to various regions, including the USA, Europe, and Latam.

What do you need to have?

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or related areas.
• Knowledge in customer service and incident resolution.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
