Job Description

BtoBet is seeking a self-motivated Technical Support Specialist to join its team. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing daily and project operations, resolving customer queries, analyzing and troubleshooting issues, and creating and maintaining internal documentation. You will also be required to attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues.

Must have:

Excellent English (spoken and written)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps
Basic knowledge of SQL
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Basic knowledge of browser developer tools
Basic understanding of Network Infrastructure
Problem-solving skills
Ability to clearly present technical information

Good to have:

Knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
1 year experience in technical support
Knowledge of JIRA (or other ticketing system)
Basic knowledge of sports betting and casino

What You'll Do

Plans, coordinates and performs the daily and project operations assigned by the superior or other relevant parties
Clearly present reported issues, analyze, categorize, and document the same.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via help desk, chat, email, or phone.
Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
Document and follow reported issues and assure that they are resolved in timely manner.
Creating and keeping up to date internal documentation and Knowledge Base articles.
Ability to adapt in dynamic work environment.
Empowers team collaboration.
The work will be performed in 3 shifts; during the onboarding and training period the work will be performed in 1st shift

What We're Looking For

Excellent knowledge of English, spoken and written.
Additional knowledge of Portuguese and Spanish would be a plus.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Apps.
Preferable to have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Basic knowledge of browser developer tools.
1 year experience in technical support is a plus.
Basic understanding of Network Infrastructure.
Knowledge of JIRA is a plus (or other ticketing system).
Basic knowledge of sports betting and casino is a plus.
