It provides tools for specialists to manage consultations, improve visibility, and optimize patient experience. The mission is to make healthcare more human and accessible, leading digital transformation in the health sector. The role involves making outbound calls to promote services to healthcare specialists, handling objections, successfully closing sales, meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Must have:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in CALL CENTER SALES.
  • Proven skills in telephone sales, CRM management, sales closing, and effective communication.
  • Motivation to earn money and achieve ambitious goals.
  • Passion for sales, proactivity, and excellent objection handling.
Perks:
  • Base salary: $12,000 gross + uncapped commissions.
  • Statutory benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, 25% vacation bonus, 15 days Christmas bonus.
  • 22 days of vacation + 1 Free Day for birthday from the first year.

What would be your responsibilities?

  • Make outbound calls to promote our services to healthcare specialists.
  • Use your telephone sales skills to handle objections and successfully close sales.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, maximizing your income.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
