The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders, contributing to test strategy, planning, and reporting activities to improve software quality and efficiency.
Must have:
  • Knowledge of process manufacturing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience working on at least one project in the manufacturing domain.
  • Hands-on experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Ability to convert user stories, functional documents, and process flow diagrams into test cases.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies (manual and automated).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of software testing or test analyst experience.
  • Manufacturing and MES project experience is required.
Good to have:
  • Experience with test management tools (qTest, ALM, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.

Position Summary

Responsibilities

  • Analyze user stories, functional specifications, and process flow diagrams to develop comprehensive test cases.
  • Execute manual and automated test cases to validate business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully understood and test coverage is complete.
  • Document, track, and retest defects through resolution.
  • Apply knowledge of process manufacturing and MES to ensure accurate validation of workflows and systems.
  • Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and reporting activities.
  • Ensure testing activities are aligned with quality assurance methodologies and project timelines.

Role Requirements
