Job Description

Valeo, a global tech company, is seeking a Test & Validation Trainee to contribute to the development of new test bench generation based on AI and Machine Learning solutions. The trainee will perform a survey of AI/ML tools, select and fine-tune algorithms, update test bench specifications, define test bench architecture, and implement the final test bench definition. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and real-time processing. The trainee will gain experience in a variety of aspects related to AI and Machine Learning, test benches and validation processes.

Must Have:

Perform a survey and analysis of AI and ML tools.
Select and fine-tune the right algorithms.
Update the test bench specification if needed.
Define test bench architecture.

Within Product Group VLS Validation Engineering department in order to ease Test bench test sequence implementation with respect to technical content to monitor, Valeo wants to investigate and roll out new test bench generation based on AI and Machine Learning solutions with Real Time processing

Testbench would consist of a high resolution camera and powerful computer on which are hosted AI-ML algorithms .

Data storage constraints and cloud computing (post processing) can be investigated also.

Your goals as an Intern :

Perform a survey and an analysis of the suitable AI and ML tools based on Opensource solutions and the existing test bench specification.

Select of fine tune the right algorithms solutions following the current test bench specification
Update the test bench specification if needed
Define test bench architecture (HW, SW, Data management) from POC (prof of concept) to production deployment
Implement and validate the final test bench definition that will be industrialize later on within Valeo
