Responsibilities:

• Sorting and preparing documents for scanning in accordance with scanner usage rules and specifications received from the hierarchical superior.
• Scanning documents.
• Indexing scanned documents.
• Performing quality control of document scanning/indexing.
• Regrouping scanned documents according to internal procedures and received specifications.
• Respecting the requirements regarding different levels of sensitivity assigned to the information being worked with.

• The schedule is friendly: 7:30-16:00
• Location: CTPark Industrial Park, Dragomiresti
• We provide transportation from Bucharest (Militari) to the warehouse and vice versa.
