Job Description

We offer you the opportunity to participate in the development of an innovative pump platform for the low-pressure range as part of your thesis. Become part of our team and actively shape the future of conveying technology.

• You will work on the detailed design of a selected delivery size and the design of individual tolerances and tolerance chains.
• You will also actively participate in the selection of materials and manufacturing technologies.
• Furthermore, you will perform a strength calculation of the components for single and multiple pumps.
• Your tasks include FEM calculations for the design of the housing and covers as well as deformation analyses.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering with above-average performance
• Experience and Know-how: Prior knowledge in FE analysis and design
• Personality and Working Style: You are a communicative team player and are characterized by motivation for independent and responsible work
• Enthusiasm: Interest in simulation work and/or measurement technology and/or test execution
• Languages: Fluent in German and English

Start: by arrangement

Duration: 6 months

A prerequisite for the thesis is enrollment at a university. Please include your CV, your current transcript of records, the examination regulations, and, if applicable, a valid work and residence permit with your application.
