Our offer:

• Monthly salary: $1,423,500 COP. + all legal benefits.
• Contract type: Apprenticeship
• Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Workplace: Medellín Bogotá Highway KM 1.5 – Vuelta Grande Village. Bogotá.

What we are looking for?

• Academic Background: Student in the last semesters of Systems/Industrial Engineering, with knowledge in SQL/databases/process optimization.
• Skills: Assertive, proactive communication, good teamwork, attention to detail, results-oriented, service vocation.
• Tools: Office automation, intermediate Excel, and Google environment (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
• Must not have previously signed an apprenticeship contract.

Functions to perform:

• Generation of production reports for internal management.
• Database uploads.
• Generation of inventories, custom reports and/or on-demand reports, loans, custody, cross-referencing information in the software applications used by operational processes.
• Comply with and ensure quality in the processes executed in the exercise of their functions.
• Comply with what is established in the Service Level Agreements according to the assigned tasks.
• Apply the procedures and instructions defined for each process.
• Protect information assets under their responsibility from attacks or information security incidents.
