To ensure the product quality of advanced automobiles, such as electrified and intelligent vehicles, we develop high-precision calibration technology and establish measurement accuracy management standards across R&D. Recently, strict adherence to ISO/IEC17025 for measuring instruments used in certification tests has become crucial, increasing the importance of correctly executing measurement accuracy management tasks, from instrument selection to periodic calibration and handling of calibration certificates.
You will be responsible for the following two pillars of metrological control, as well as measurement audits related to product quality:
(1) Development and standardization of calibration technology based on ISO/IEC17025.
(2) Operation of a measurement management system based on ISO10012 and ISO9001.
This is an organization of about 20 people, with many mid-career hires and transfers from other industries. You will have opportunities to communicate with colleagues of the same generation, as well as with related departments inside and outside the company and industry stakeholders, utilizing various insights and learning in a supportive environment.
