We are looking for a Talent Manager for the new VTuber project "Yuniread!" at ENILIS, a new subsidiary of Brave Group. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including developing talent production policies, management, market research, numerical analysis, and planning and executing content. After gaining experience in this project, there is an opportunity to step up to positions closer to management, such as producers for new businesses or content, or business planning roles, depending on career aspirations. Key duties include market and distribution content analysis, proposals and reporting to business managers, production and direction of distribution content and planning, live streamer management, coordination with external stakeholders, and anti-defamation measures.
