Job Description

As a Community Operations Manager at Game&Co., you will be responsible for planning and executing community strategies, creating and implementing measures to improve user engagement, and establishing and operating community guidelines. You will also build relationships with community members, devise and implement improvements based on data analysis, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. The company's vision is to support esports for the next 100 years, and they are involved in esports education and related businesses.

Good To Have:

Work experience in the entertainment industry
Practical experience in SNS marketing
Experience using community operation tools
Experience planning and managing events

Must Have:

Community operations experience
Experience using data analysis tools
Strong interest in VTubers, streamers, and trading card games
Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

必須スキル

・コミュニティ運営経験
・データ分析ツールの使用経験
・VTuberや配信者、トレーディングカードゲームへの強い興味と理解
・基本的なPCスキル（Excel, PowerPoint等）

・エンターテインメント業界での就業経験
・SNSマーケティングの実務経験
・コミュニティ運営ツールの使用経験
・イベント企画・運営の経験
