Job Description

ENILIS Co., Ltd., a newly established subsidiary, is recruiting a talent manager to be involved in the new VTuber project "YuniRaid!". You will be broadly responsible for tasks ranging from formulating talent production policies, management, market research and numerical analysis, to content planning and execution. After gaining experience in this project, you can step up to positions closer to management, such as producer of new businesses or content, or business planning, depending on your career aspirations.

Job Responsibilities

• Market analysis, numerical analysis of streaming content, etc.
• Proposals and reporting to business managers
• Production and direction of streaming content and projects
• Liver management (schedule and motivation management)
• Coordination with external parties including livers
• Measures against slander (implementing measures in cooperation with the business manager)

Required Skills

• Professional experience in talent management, sales, or office administration
• Practical experience in analyzing entertainment market and trends
• Knowledge of and interest in VTubers

Contract Period

Probationary period: 3 months

*During the probationary period, you will be a contract employee. There will be no change in conditions during that period.

*Depending on the selection results, you may be hired as a contract employee.

Salary

Annual income 3.6 million JPY to 4.5 million JPY

Monthly salary 300,000 JPY to 375,000 JPY

*Includes deemed overtime pay for 40 hours/month (70,400 JPY to 88,000 JPY).

*Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.

*Determined according to company regulations, considering experience and ability.

Working Hours

Flextime system (core time 13:00-17:00)

Standard working hours per day: 8 hours

Holidays

• Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays)
• 120 annual holidays
• If events fall on weekends, work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will occur.
• In such cases, compensatory leave must be applied for and taken by the following month.
