Job Summary
At our group company Virtual Entertainment, you will be responsible for animation production progress management. We are recruiting an animation production progress manager to further grow "Vspo!". This is an important position where you will proceed with all production processes from planning to broadcasting, including adjusting materials and schedules between producers, directors, animation directors, and animators, as well as managing materials and confirming/adjusting the progress of each process. You will adjust and manage the overall schedule for planning, storyboards, key animation, in-between animation, photography, editing, and voice recording.
Must Have
- Animation production progress experience
- Multiple production progress management for long or short animation films
- Illustration and drawing direction experience
Good to Have
- Animation producer experience
- Knowledge and interest in VTubers
- Deep knowledge and interest in the entertainment industry (music/games/anime)

This is an important position where you will proceed with all production processes from planning to broadcasting, including adjusting materials and schedules between producers and desks, directors, animation directors, and animators, as well as managing materials and confirming/adjusting the progress of each process.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for progress management in the production of animation works. Specifically, you will adjust and manage the overall schedule for planning, storyboards, key animation, in-between animation, photography, editing, and voice recording.
- Creation and management of production schedules
- Direction meetings
- Selection and ordering of external production companies and staff
- Collection and management of materials, etc.
You will be broadly responsible for the above tasks.

Probationary period: 3 months
*During the probationary period, you will be a contract employee. There will be no change in conditions during that period.

Salary
Annual salary 3.144 million yen to 4.56 million yen
Monthly salary 262,000 yen to 380,000 yen
*Includes deemed overtime pay for 40 hours per month (61,510 yen to 89,208 yen).
*Overtime will be paid in full.
*Determined according to our company regulations, considering experience and ability.

5 minutes walk from Tamachi Station on the JR Yamanote Line/Keihin-Tohoku Line / Mita Station on the Toei Mita Line.
Working Hours
Flextime system (core time 13:00-17:00)
Actual working hours: 8 hours/day (1 hour break)
Holidays
- Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays)
- 120 annual holidays
- If an event falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday, you will be required to work on those days.
- In such cases, you will need to apply for and take compensatory leave by the following month.

- 2 days of special leave will be granted upon joining.
