Job Summary
As a Project Manager within Cyber Technology Integration Services at Thales, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex cyber security programs for various clients. This involves overseeing planning, resourcing, execution, and transition to support, coordinating cyber specialists across domains like network, cloud, identity, and application security. You will ensure high-quality design and implementation, manage client engagement, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement in cyber engagements.
Must Have
- Manage cyber projects from initiation to delivery and stakeholder sign-off.
- Coordinate cross-functional cyber teams (cloud, network, identity, application security).
- Oversee design, implementation, testing, and handover activities.
- Act as a key client liaison, managing expectations.
- Experience in cyber security or IT delivery roles, including team leadership.
- Broad understanding of cyber domains (network, cloud, identity, application security, cyber uplift, data protection).
- Proven ability to manage complex technology projects and distributed teams.
- Strong knowledge of delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, hybrid methodologies).
- Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills.
- Experience mentoring technical teams and supporting capability development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to adapt to changing client environments and requirements.
- Passion for identity security.

YOUR ROLE
As the Project Manager within Cyber Technology Integration Services, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex cyber security programs across multiple clients and sectors. You will oversee planning, resourcing, execution and transition to support, coordinating cyber specialists across domains such as network security, cloud security, uplift, identity and application security. You will also provide delivery oversight, ensure high-quality design and implementation outcomes, maintain strong client engagement, mentor team members, drive capability uplift, contribute to pre-sales and proposals, and represent the practice across industry forums. Your role is pivotal in ensuring structured delivery, technical excellence and continuous improvement across cyber engagements.
YOU’LL
- Manage cyber projects from initiation through to delivery, transition and stakeholder sign-off
- Coordinate cross-functional cyber teams (cloud, network, cyber uplift, exposure management, data, application security)
- Oversee design, implementation, testing and handover activities
- Act as a key client liaison, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with strategic outcomes
- Contribute to solution design and estimation during pre-sales and proposal development
- Mentor and support junior team members and uplift internal capability
- Champion consistent delivery methodologies and artefact quality
- Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams
- Represent the practice at industry events and contribute to thought leadership
- Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, issues and dependencies
- Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices and team performance
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in cyber security or IT delivery roles, including team leadership
- Broad understanding of cyber domains (network, cloud, identity, application security, cyber uplift, data protection)
- Proven ability to manage complex technology projects and distributed teams
- Strong knowledge of delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, hybrid methodologies)

- Experience mentoring technical teams and supporting capability development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience contributing to proposals, tenders or pre-sales activities (desirable)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to adapt to changing client environments, requirements and delivery constraints
- Passion for identity security and contributing to the growth of a specialist practice
