Must Have

Live planning
Live performance supervision and production
3D project production progress management
Live progress management and operation adjustment

VTuber model production experience (character design and modeling experience)
Streaming experience using OBS, etc. (knowledge of streaming flow and technical aspects)

Contract Period

Trial period: 3 months

During the trial period, you will be a contract employee. There will be no change in conditions during this period.
Depending on the selection results, you may be hired as a contract employee.

Salary

Annual income 3.6 million yen to 5.508 million yen

Monthly salary 300,000 yen to 459,000 yen

Includes deemed overtime pay for 40 hours per month (70,496 yen to 107,898 yen).
Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.
Determined according to our company regulations, considering experience and ability.

Work Location / Map

5 minutes walk from Tamachi Station on the JR Yamanote Line/Keihin-Tohoku Line / Mita Station on the Toei Mita Line

Working Hours

Flex-time system (core time 13:00-17:00)

Actual working hours: 8 hours/day (1 hour break)

Holidays

Complete two-day weekend system (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
120 annual holidays
If events fall on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, attendance will be required.
In such cases, compensatory leave must be applied for and taken by the end of the following month.
