Main Job Responsibilities
- Product planning and progress management for TCGs and and related goods (planning, scheduling, quality control, etc.)
- Specification adjustments and negotiations with printing and manufacturing companies, production direction
- Coordination, negotiation, and information sharing with internal and external stakeholders
- Planning, proposal, and execution of promotional measures (sales promotion, campaigns, etc.)
- Communication and various adjustments with team members to advance production
- Strong interest in and understanding of proprietary IP and VTuber businesses
- Practical experience in MD planning/progress management
- Experience in operating e-commerce sites
- Practical experience in planning, production, and production management related to trading card games
- Understanding as a TCG player, and on-site experience such as tournament or store operations
- Adobe tools (Photoshop/Illustrator)
- Basic operation skills for Office software
