For the virtual IP "Vspo!" operated by our company, you will analyze the characteristics and strengths of the IP characters, conduct market research, and perform a wide range of tasks from product planning and direction to progress management for merchandise that matches the target audience. As the company is in a phase of significant growth along with the IP, we welcome applicants who are eager to grow with the company.

Job Responsibilities

• All operations related to the production of virtual IP merchandise (anniversary goods, planned goods, event goods, etc.)
• Merchandise planning
• Progress management for illustrations, designs, and manufacturing

You will be widely responsible for the above tasks.

Required Skills

Approximately 3 years of experience in the following:

• Experience in merchandise planning at an entertainment company that owns its own IP
• Experience in progress management for illustrations, designs, and manufacturing

Welcome Skills

• Experience in illustration direction
• Experience in merchandise planning using illustrations
• Experience using Illustrator and Photoshop in business
• Strong interest in character IP content

Application Requirements

Employment Type

Full-time employee

Contract Period

Trial period available: 3 months

• During the trial period, you will be a contract employee. There will be no change in conditions during this period.
• Depending on the selection results, you may be hired as a contract employee.

Salary

Annual salary 3.5 million JPY to 6 million JPY

Monthly salary 290,000 JPY to 372,280 JPY

• Includes deemed overtime pay for 45 hours per month (74,176 JPY to 127,720 JPY).
• Overtime exceeding this will be paid in full.
• Determined according to company regulations, considering experience and ability.

5 minutes walk from Tamachi Station on the JR Yamanote Line/Keihin-Tohoku Line / Mita Station on the Toei Mita Line

Working Hours

Flextime system (core time 13:00-17:00)

Actual working hours: 8 hours/day (1 hour break)

• Two days off per week

(If events fall on Saturdays and Sundays, you may be required to work on Saturdays and Sundays. In such cases, compensatory leave will be applied for and taken by the end of the following month.)
