Job Summary

To expand existing IPs and create new businesses centered on IP projects, we are recruiting a recording and streaming engineer to further improve the quality of online/offline events and video content. You will be responsible for engineering tasks related to recording and streaming at our motion capture and recording studios, as well as external live houses and studios. No prior knowledge or skills are required; you can learn from senior staff and gain experience on the job. This role offers the opportunity to support the VTuber industry from behind the scenes and acquire knowledge and experience in streaming and recording.

Must Have

Ability to type on a PC without looking at the keyboard
Ability to contribute to creating an energetic and vibrant workplace

Experience related to 3D and motion capture
Experience related to video production and streaming
Experience related to audio and music

Experience with events such as music live performances

About Our Group

Our group operates a wide range of businesses, primarily focusing on IP businesses that manage VTubers such as "Vspo!", "RIOT MUSIC", and "HIMEHINA".

About the Studio Department

The Studio Department, to which this position belongs, is responsible for all production aspects, including models, stages, and direction, for 3D LIVE events carried out by our group's IP businesses such as "Vspo!" and "RIOT MUSIC". Additionally, during offline events, we are responsible for setting up the streaming environment on the day.

The Studio Department is divided into teams for character modeling, stage production, technology development, and motion capture studio management/operation, but everyone works as one team to create a single event.

Furthermore, we sometimes undertake production work for companies with whom we have business alliances, outside of the IP businesses operated by our company.
