stow is hiring a Project Assembly Coordinator to manage complex projects. Responsibilities include project preparation, partner selection, material availability, QSHE compliance, and acting as a company ambassador. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, with a focus on quality, cost, and planning.

Must Have

  • Prepare projects in advance (plans, BOM, RFQ)
  • Select the best partners for assembly and equipment
  • Ensure material availability and anticipate risks
  • Guarantee QSHE compliance and promote safety
  • Act as stow’s ambassador with our partners
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and team spirit
  • Solution-oriented and proactive approach
  • Work experience with focus on quality, cost and planning
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent English

Qualifications

Profile we’re looking for:

✔ Strong technical and analytical skills

✔ Excellent communication and team spirit

✔ Solution-oriented and proactive approach

✔ work experience with focus on quality, cost and planning

✔ Proficient in MS & Office, knowledge of MS Project, SAP is a plus

Fluent English is mandatory - Dutch, French or German is an advantage
