Job Summary
Joining Thales in Lyon, you will be part of a site ideally located opposite a major park, focusing on digital services to operate critical information systems and support clients' secure digital transformation. Your core missions include site management, ensuring legal compliance, defining space needs, overseeing development projects, managing service and Facility Management contracts, and optimizing real estate. You will also be responsible for piloting HSE topics, deploying the Management System, supporting QHSE policy, and maintaining ISO45001 certification.
Must Have
- Ensure site responsibility for Lyon sites within the legal framework
- Participate in defining space needs
- Implement and control actions related to development projects
- Ensure proper execution of service and Facility Management contracts
- Manage real estate works and occupant services
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and propose improvements
- Manage HSE topics for the site
- Consolidate and animate the deployment of the Management System
- Support the central HSE network in QHSE policy implementation
- Be a major player in maintaining ISO45001 certification
- Confirmed experience in project management, hierarchical and matrix management
- Knowledge of trades/professions and experience in technical/real estate subjects
- Ability to identify risks and opportunities and arbitrate priority management
- Ability to manage subcontracting (FM contracts, Security)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, transversal management aptitude, leadership, ability to unite stakeholders, and organization

Your daily life
Joining us, you will integrate a site ideally located opposite the most beautiful park in Lyon, bringing together our digital services activities enabling us to operate our clients' critical information systems and support them in their secure digital transformation.
Your main missions are as follows:
Site Management:
- Ensure, within the legal framework, site responsibility for the Lyon sites
- Participate in defining space needs
- Implement and control actions related to development projects in conjunction with the various stakeholders of these projects (Group Real Estate Department in particular)
- Ensure the proper execution of service and Facility Management contracts (local management and reporting)
- Propose all actions contributing to the optimization of the workspace and its maintenance
- Manage real estate works and occupant services
- Identify cost reduction opportunities and propose areas for improvement
Participation in the definition of the MYB associated with HSE and real estate activities, HSE:
- Manage HSE topics for your site: monitoring action plans, regulatory watch, organizing awareness campaigns and emergency situations, and generally at the SMHSE level
- Consolidate management and animate the deployment of the Management System at the site level
- Support the central HSE network in the implementation of the QHSE policy and its Thales Services HSE objectives
- Be a major player in maintaining ISO45001 certification
Your profile:
You have confirmed experience in project management, hierarchical and matrix management, ideally in an Operations type organization supporting the business.
Your knowledge of trades/professions as well as experience in technical/real estate subjects are assets.
You have the ability to identify risks and opportunities and consequently arbitrate priority management.
You know how to manage subcontracting (FM contracts, Security, etc.).
Excellent interpersonal skills, aptitude for transversal management, leadership, ability to unite stakeholders, and organization are qualities recognized in you.
