They work alongside project managers and a multidisciplinary team on the planning of milestone objectives, reviewing artwork, setting technical directions for the art team, mentoring less experienced members, and reporting project progress to our stakeholders.<h3 class="text-xl md:text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-3 text-gray-800">MAIN CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITIES:</h3><ul class="list-disc list-inside my-5 pl-5 space-y-2 text-gray-700"><li class="leading-relaxed">Lead a high performing 3D art team during game development.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Work closely with the Art Director and Creative Director, ensuing their creative vision is properly aligned with technical constraints and project scope.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Document and organize all necessary data about the project art pipeline and workflow.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Create artistic material and assets including Characters, Props and Environments for our titles</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Actively participate in the early stages of brainstorming and worldbuilding, assuring the best visual translation of that idea;</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Ensure the art assets of a project fit the strict real-time rendering performance and requirements proposed on each project;</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Research and develop new techniques in order to facilitate the needs of each project while at the same time sharing the knowledge with the rest of the team; staying up to date with industry trends.</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Set the bar for excellence, including hands-on craft contribution and team-focused collaboration, providing feedback and building trust with your team;</li><li class="leading-relaxed">Provide support for the art team, coordinating and reviewing their work.
