The Engineering Manager, Supply Chain & Backend will lead the development of the technical infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity between the front-end platform, backend systems, and supply chain operations. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li>Develop and own the technical architecture for backend, supply chain, and fulfillment systems, ensuring seamless integration between ERP, OMS, WMS, MPS, and 3PLs.</li> <li>Build and scale a high-performing engineering team, overseeing hiring, mentorship, and professional development.</li> <li>Lead the development and deployment of API-based integrations that automate order flows, inventory updates, and logistics management.</li> <li>Implement real-time monitoring, data validation, and anomaly detection to enhance system reliability and security.</li> <li>Develop scalable microservices architecture to support high-volume SKU management and complex production workflows.</li> <li>Oversee data engineering efforts, ensuring that all order, inventory, and logistics data is synchronized in real-time across platforms.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, Supply Chain, Ops, and Finance, to ensure technology aligns with business objectives.</li> <li>Drive best practices in cloud infrastructure, focusing on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.</li> <li>Develop technical roadmaps and strategy, aligning long-term engineering vision with business goals.</li> </ul> THE RIGHT CANDIDATE: QUALIFICATIONS &amp;
