As an Executive Assistant at Eneba, you will work closely with the Founders and leadership teams, managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and coordinating daily workflow. Responsibilities include preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. You will also support relationship-building with key stakeholders, provide administrative assistance, and maintain confidential information. The role requires excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail, along with proficiency in office productivity tools and a willingness to learn new software. You'll have the chance to help scale a unique product, and work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. You'll also be able to join the employee stock options program.
