Senior Creative Producer

As a Senior Creative Producer at JustPlay, you will be responsible for developing innovative ad concepts, creating detailed briefs, managing end-to-end video ad production, and collaborating with the User Acquisition team. This role involves using data analytics and personal creativity to produce engaging advertisements, providing feedback to team members, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. The Senior Creative Producer will manage ad campaigns from concept to execution, interpret data, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires a deep understanding of creative marketing and advertising production, as well as proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

We are a worldwide gaming loyalty platform operator and publisher. Our purpose is to enable free-to-play mobile game players to get rewarded for their hobby. We launched JustPlay in the US in 2020, and now our product is one of the leading loyalty rewards apps in the world. Our team is based in 19+ countries and our headquarters is in Berlin, Germany.
JustPlay is looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Creative Producer who can provide innovative ideas and leverage their expertise to create outstanding creative assets. As a vital part of our creative team, you will be responsible for driving the production of engaging advertisements designed to significantly grow JustPlay&#39;s user base.

<li>Develop compelling and innovative ad concepts and strategies informed by data analytics and personal creativity.</li>
<li>Provide creative concepts in detailed briefs for actors, editors, designers, and other stakeholders.</li>
<li>Manage and lead end-to-end production of video ads, ensuring the final output meets the company&#39;s quality standards and objectives.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the User Acquisition team to ensure alignment and optimize ad performance.</li>
<li>Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members and external collaborators to enhance creative quality.</li>
