JustPlay seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead the redesign of their mobile app, focusing on gamification and user engagement.  Responsibilities include driving the app redesign, leading end-to-end design for core features (from user flows to polished interfaces), utilizing design tools (Figma, Photoshop, After Effects), contributing to the design system, translating complex product ideas into intuitive designs, and collaborating with product managers and engineers.  The ideal candidate has 5+ years of mobile product design experience, ideally in gaming/entertainment apps, and a strong portfolio showcasing visual design and UX problem-solving skills.
