Senior Crowd Artist

The Senior Crowd Artist will be responsible for generating crowd imagery for the animated feature TAD 4. This includes generating the motion of crowds using simulation techniques, ensuring crowd animation meets quality standards and artistic direction, and maximizing the project's visual impact. The role requires the ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong visual awareness. They must align with the project's style and the director's vision. You will be responsible for generating of all crowd imagery for the animated feature. First of all, you're probably interested in knowing that...we offer 100% remote work! <h1>WE NEED YOU TO BE ABLE TO DO:</h1><ul><li>Generate the motion of crowds using simulation techniques to populate large numbers of characters that deliver compelling performances.</li><li>Make sure that crowd animation follows the quality standards and artistic direction.</li><li>Make sure that crowd animation looks believable and consistent with the style of the animation.</li><li style="color:rgb(0,0,0);">Maximize the project's visual spectacularity.</li><li>Ability to work autonomously and independently in a fully remote environment, with that comes the supreme individual responsibility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and maintain your own initiative.</li><li>Excellent communication skills.</li><li>Great team player, create a collaborative and welcoming environment.</li><li>Proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workload and within budgets, adhere to the production schedule and deliver completed assignments on time.</li><li>Align with the style, sensibility of the project and the Director vision.</li></ul> WE WILL MAKE THE PERFECT MATCH IF YOU HAVE:<ul><li style="color:rgb(0,0,0);">5+ years of crowd experience from either animation TV series or feature animation movie.</li><li style="color:rgb(0,0,0);">Knowledge of Golaem.</li><li style="color:rgb(0,0,0);">Programming knowledge is a plus.</li><li style="color:rgb(0,0,0);">Strong visual awareness and artistic ability, having a good eye for composition, color, light and shadow.</li><li>Ability to take feedback constructively and implement it effectively, to reach the quality desired.</li><li>Anticipation and quick reaction for problem solving.</li><li>Demonstrate great autonomy and proactivity in your work.</li><li>Great attention to detail.</li><li>Outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills.</li></ul> Do you think we fit? Company Website Extraction: After obtaining the company name, the bot will search for it on Google and retrieve the first non-sponsored link. If the link belongs to a social website or information website like Quora or Wikipedia, it will be skipped. Otherwise, it will be included on the company website. 9. Email Address Extraction: The bot will navigate to the company website URL and scrape the email address from the contact section. This email address will be included as the company email. 10 . Data Storage: The scraped job data, including company details, will be saved to the Django model for easy management and retrieval. 11. Duplicate Job Handling: The bot will check for duplicate job listings and merge them if the same job is found on multiple platforms. The source websites' names will be included under the "source website" column. ============================================================
