The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic finance environment.</span></p> </div> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Prepare, review, and post journal entries to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist with fixed asset accounting, including tracking additions, disposals, and calculating depreciation</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support accounts payable functions including invoice processing, vendor setup, and payment approval workflows</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end closing activities</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain accurate documentation for financial transactions and support audit requirements</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Assist with data entry and maintenance in the Oracle Fusion ERP system</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support the accounting team with various ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Experience and Background:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">CPA is a plus</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in general accounting or GL functions</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software&nbsp;</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with fixed asset accounting and depreciation calculations is a plus</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Problem-solving mindset with ability to identify and resolve discrepancies</span></li> <li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Interest in growing within the accounting function and developing broader finance skills</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">The salary range for this role is $67,000 - $75,000 annually.
