The Manager, Engineering at Spin Master will lead a team of Project Managers and Engineers in all engineering activities at vendors, from product development and debugging to meeting product specifications, cost, and schedule.  Responsibilities include planning and managing engineering development, resolving product, quality, and manufacturing issues, handling consigned materials, negotiating costs, providing technical support, driving cost savings, training staff, and performing ad hoc assignments.  The role requires expertise in plush and plastic dolls, understanding of industry standards, knowledge of various manufacturing processes, and strong project management and communication skills.  The ideal candidate will be highly hands-on, data-driven, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
