This is a senior animation designer role for a global, realistic 3A action game. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing realistic character combat animations, rigging characters and props, managing external vendors, and improving team workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of combat animation, a keen eye for visual appeal and impact in 3D action games, and proficiency in Maya (preferred) or 3ds Max. Experience with Unreal Engine, animation blueprints, and documentation is essential. The position is based in Shenzhen, China.
