Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Deutschland GmbH, headquartered in Ludwigsburg, is a provider of the ADDISON, SBS Software, and AKTE product lines. Your tasks
- As an employee (m/f/d) in Software Support, you are the contact person for technical application questions and take over telephone and written customer support for inquiries about our software solutions.
- You independently develop solution proposals for using our software systems, utilize the existing knowledge database, and work closely with colleagues from sales, software development, and product management.
- You document customer contacts and error messages.
- You create FAQs and online tutorials for recurring customer concerns as needed.
This is what excites us about you
- You have successfully completed IT training or comparable practical experience.
- You convince with a confident handling of Microsoft products (Microsoft Windows 10, 11 / Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022, Office 2016-2021, as well as Office 365).
- Experience in setting up Microsoft SQL Servers would be desirable.
- Knowledge in setting up DocuWare would be desirable.
- You are characterized by your service-oriented mindset and enjoy direct contact with our customers.
- You feel comfortable in telephone customer contact, ideally you already have corresponding practical experience in software support.
- You are willing to participate in training and seminars at our other locations in Germany.
- In addition, you continuously develop professionally.
- German – language level at least B2.
