Job Description
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to shape the future by supporting expert processes with innovative solutions. This role involves analyzing functional and technical requirements for HR, Payroll, Time Management, or Benefits integration partners, acting as a liaison between external partners and internal development teams. Key responsibilities include advising on interface connections, verifying technical feasibility, improving API documentation, and supporting quality assurance. The analyst will also contribute to the strategic development of the API strategy.
Good To Have:
Ideally, knowledge of HR IT systems (e.g., payroll, time recording, ERP, financial accounting).
Must Have:
Analyze and manage requirements for integration partners in HR, payroll, time management, or benefits.
Act as a liaison between external partners and internal development teams.
Advise partners on connecting interfaces, check use cases for technical feasibility, and translate them into clear requirements.
Contribute to improving API documentation and support the creation of guidelines and FAQs for partners.
Accompany test phases, define acceptance criteria, and support the verification of integrations.
Identify recurring requirements and provide impulses for the further development of the API strategy.
Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with an IT focus or comparable qualification.
Professional experience as a Business Analyst, API Consultant, Technical Partner Manager or in a comparable role.
Good understanding of modern interface concepts and data flows in the HR or payroll context.
Very good German and English language skills.
