Job Summary
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Purchasing Employee with a focus on Telecommunications & IT. Responsibilities include preparing and processing orders, conducting procurement transactions, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining master and contract data. The ideal candidate will have a degree in economics or a commercial background, initial professional experience in IT/telecom purchasing, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office, Excel, English, and GDPR.
Must Have
- Prepare and process orders, independently conduct procurement transactions for telecommunications, IT software, and hardware.
- Responsible for adhering to operational purchasing processes, including administrative tasks.
- Negotiate with suppliers up to contract award and manage purchasing/delivery processes.
- Maintain master and contract data, prices, and conditions in the ERP system.
- Successfully completed studies in economics/business administration or comparable commercial training.
- Initial professional experience in IT and/or telecommunications purchasing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, excellent Excel, English, and GDPR knowledge.

Your Responsibilities
- Preparation and processing of orders as well as independent execution of procurement transactions for the areas of telecommunications, IT software, and hardware
- Responsibility for compliance with operational purchasing processes including administrative tasks
- Negotiations with suppliers up to contract award and management of purchasing/delivery processes
- Maintenance of master and contract data as well as prices and conditions in our ERP system
