Job Summary
The 2026 Intern will be responsible for developing, porting, and maintaining testing for Linux Camera, AIML for i.MX portfolio on reference boards, ensuring functionality, compatibility, performance, and stability. This role involves designing and using test tools for automatic and continuous integration testing, reviewing documentation, and validating software on i.MX chips. Candidates should have a background in EE or Computer Science, strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, Java, and a good understanding of embedded OS like Linux and Android, along with Linux device driver models and kernel.
Must Have
- Develop, port, and maintain testing for Linux Camera, AIML for i.MX portfolio on official reference boards.
- Ensure functionality, compatibility, performance, and stability of software.
- Design, develop, or use test tools for automatic test and continuous integration test.
- Review design document, reference manual, and user guide.
- Validate software on i.MX chips and reference boards.
- Actively support development team and key customers.
- Bachelor or master degree in EE, Computer Science or relevant disciplines.
- Good concept and analysis capability for embedded OS, like Linux, Android.
- Good programming skills, such as C/C++, Python, Java.
- Good understanding on Linux device driver model and Linux kernel.
- Familiar with Linux commands, good understanding on cross compiling.
Good to Have
- Good knowledge of Camera, AIML.
- Experience in Linux device driver / system / application development.
- Good understanding of QA/test methodology, test cycle, process.
- Experience in Shell script, Camera, AIML.
- Familiar with any continuous integration system (Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.).
- Familiar with GPU knowledge and development environment.
