About the job
Candidates will be able to apply their skillset to a product that affects real world change in the development of future weapons systems.
Expectations and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with fellow developers, artists, and subject matter experts to develop top tier visual solutions for military customers.
- Create, design, and implement high quality 3D assets.
- Create highly detailed and realistic textures & materials.
- Follow best practices of content creation and ensure that art assets are performant.
- Conduct peer reviews and provide detailed documentation.
- Portfolio of highly detailed 3D artwork with a focus on hard surface modeling and variety of subject matter (vehicles, buildings, props, natural landscapes, etc.).
- Portfolio should show the ability to hit a photorealistic/believable look.
- Able to take on challenging technical art tasks.
- Knowledge of cutting-edge content creation pipelines.
- Experience working with the Unreal Game Engine.
- Possess a demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload, and manage time efficiently.
- Must be autonomous while working on set tasks from the schedule.

- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in 3D Art and Animation or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Portfolio of highly detailed 3D artwork with a focus on hard surface modeling and variety of subject matter (vehicles, buildings, props, natural landscapes, etc.).
- Experience in Adobe Substance Designer/Painter, Autodesk 3DS Max or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience creating assets within a Physically Based Rendering (PBR) systems.
